Local Shipping
We ship locally. Deliveries are expected to take between 1-3 working days (Additionally, there are options for same day delivery). We typically ship orders within 12hours after payment is made.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Deliveries are expected to take between 7-14 working days. We typically ship orders within 2 or 3 working days, and the delivery timing is dependent on freight delivery and any possible delays from the customs.
How do I track my order?
(Local Shipping) Before making the delivery, we will contact you with a rough timeframe that your products will arrive.
(International Shipping) When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if applicable) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
